Team Leader User Guide
A complete reference for Team Leaders covering system login, stock management, sales rep oversight, SSO management, inventory tracking, and team transfers.
Click on Install App to create a shortcut on your home screen for quick access.
Ensure to keep the app updated by clicking on Update when you see a prompt to update.
Click on Reset Password to change the password of a BA.
Click on Archive to disable a BA profile when they are no longer active.
Select the BA Name you want to issue lines to.
Search by card's last digits — enter the last 4 digits of the SIM card serial number.
Choose the line to assign from the list that appears.
Click Submit to complete the issuance.
Receive assigned lines by clicking on Review and Accept your assigned SIM cards.
If lines issued are incorrect, choose REJECT to send them back to the team leader.
Click on Capture SIM Card Sale to record a completed sale.
Click on Capture a SIM Card (Line) Sale.
Select from List or use Scan Barcode to find the SIM card.
Select the specific item from your available inventory.
Click Submit to record the sale.
Select the Sales Rep you are recording the sale on behalf of.
Select from List or use the scan option to find the SIM card.
Select the specific item from inventory.
Click Complete Sale to finalise.
- Go to Check Your Past SIM Card (Line) Sales
- Identify the serial number to be tagged
- Click Add EBU Tag
- Select the appropriate EBU Tag from the dropdown
- When a line fails to activate on the Mobigo, the Team Leader can cancel it on behalf of the SSO.
- When a line is activated by a BA, it will have a status of Pending until it is reconciled by management.
- Sales for SSOs are only visible after the line activation report from Safaricom has been uploaded.
Select the Destination Team you want to transfer lines to.
Select Search by last 5 digits and enter the last 5 digits of the SIM card serial number.
Select the lines from the list and click Submit.
