2. Team Leader Roles

3. Accept Stock Assigned
When your team is assigned SIM cards, a popup will appear requiring your acceptance.
4. Adding & Managing a Sales Rep
Adding a Sales Rep
- Click on Reset password to change the password of a BA.
- Click on Archive to disable a BA profile.

Important Note: SSO’s do not use the system and team leaders are not required to send credentials to them.

6. Issuing Lines to Sales Rep
Process
- Select the BA Name.
- Search by card's last digits (Enter last 4 digits of sim card serial).
- Choose the line to assign from the list.
- Click on Submit.

Important Note: SSO’s do not use the system and team leaders are not required to send credentials to them. SSO’s DO NOT accept Stock.
8. BA Profile Overview
Steps for BA:
- Receive assigned lines by clicking on – Review and Accept your assigned SIM cards.
- If lines issued are incorrect, choose REJECT.
- Click on Capture SIM Card sale to complete a sale.
Accept Stock (BA)
Review stock assignments from your team leader. Click Accept or Reject.
9. BA: Recording a Sale
- Click on "Capture a SIM Card (Line) Sale".
- Select from List or Scan Barcode.
- Select an item from your available inventory.
- Click Submit.
10. BA: Return Lines to Team Leader
Note: The Team leader MUST accept the returned lines.
Past Sales Records
When a line fails to activate on the mobigo it can be cancelled by clicking on cancel.
11. Team Leader: Sell on Behalf of BA
- Select Sales Rep.
- Select from List (or scan).
- Select specific item from inventory.
- Click Complete Sale.
12. Check Team Past Sales
Notes:
- When a line fails to activate on the mobigo, the Team Leader can cancel on behalf of SSO.
- When a line is activated by BA it will have a status of Pending until it is reconciled by management.
- Sales for SSOs are only visible after the line activation report from Safaricom has been uploaded.
13. View Current Inventory for Team
Click on "Team Inventory Status" to view stock levels for Team Storage and Individual Sales Persons.
14. Team to Team Transfer
Steps:
- Select Destination team.
- Select Search by last 5 digits.
- Select lines and click submit.
Tip: You can select the first three digits of the last five to reveal more lines in the same batch.
